Physiotherapist Irwin Kim shares a strong interest in both musculoskeletal & sports physiotherapy. Irwin has a strong passion for building stronger, more robust athletes & is committed to helping his clients achieve their goals.
Physiotherapist Irwin Kim consults at Physioworks Health Group Cranbourne & Camberwell clinics, where he runs the Physioworks Clinical Strength & Conditioning (S&C) program. Individual appointments are available with Irwin to refine lifting technique & develop a personalised S&C program.
Irwin Kim is a certified Australian Strength & Conditioning Association (ASCA) Strength & Conditioning Coach, and has also completed the Pilates Rehab Level 1 Course through Studio Pilates.
Irwin Kim graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Curtin University (WA); and continues to progress his development & learning through post graduate physiotherapy study at La Trobe University.
Irwin is uniquely placed to combine his knowledge & skills in both physiotherapy and strength & conditioning fields to manage clients with a wide range of musculoskeletal & sports related injuries & conditions.
Irwin Kim is currently the training & match day physiotherapist for Seaford Football Club (MPNFL); having previously provided physiotherapy care to the Devon Meadows Football Netball Club (MPNFL) & the Melbourne University Blues in the Australian Volleyball League (AVL).
Previously Irwin has competed in both power-lifting & bodybuilding & played A-Grade soccer competitively. Outside of physiotherapy, Irwin enjoys training in the gym; and travelling & immersing himself in different cultures.
Irwin Kim is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA); and an active member of Musculoskeletal & Sports Physiotherapy Australia Groups.
