Exercise Physiologist Sophie Grumley has a very clear client focus: she is passionate about helping people to achieve their exercise goals, such as coming back from an injury, managing chronic conditions and/or exercising for a specific event.
Sophie Grumley developed a keen interest and career passion for exercise rehabilitation and conditioning after growing up playing a numerous sports, including tennis, netball, basketball, rowing and athletics.
Exercise Physiologist Sophie Grumley has a particular interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, as well as using exercise to help with management of neurological conditions.
Sophie is former sports trainer for the Box Hill Hawks (VFL) where she spent 4 years working in providing pre-rehabilitation and rehabilitation exercises for the playing squad throughout the VFL season.
Sophie also has vast experience working as a tennis coach; and developing strength & conditioning programs and exercise programs for tennis players.
Exercise Physiologist Sophie Grumley has completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science and Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology at the Australian Catholic University.
Sophie Grumley provides Exercise assessments, one-on-one exercise programs & group exercise classes at Physioworks Camberwell, Physioworks Cranbourne and Physioworks Mulgrave (Waverley Park Physiotherapy Centre).
