Exercise Physiology

An Exercise Physiologist is a university qualified allied health practitioner in the field of Exercise Rehabilitation.

Exercise Physiologists specialise in exercise prescription and the delivery of exercise programmes for elite athletes through to those suffering from injury and or chronic disease, including but not limited to, diabetes, obesity, arthritis and cardiovascular disease.

Physioworks Exercise Physiologists’ Brooke DeHey, Jude Hewavasam & Megan Jepson conduct initial exercise assessments, exercise classes and one-on-one exercise sessions at Physioworks clinics in Cranbourne, Pakenham & Camberwell. We see clients for pre and post natal assessment & treatment; and we also run a dedicated Type 2 Diabetes Exercise Program at all of our clinics.
