Scott Williams is a highly experienced APA titled Sports Physiotherapist.
As a Senior Physiotherapist at Physioworks Health Group, Scott Williams has vast experience in Sports Injury Management having been team physiotherapist for the Cranbourne Football Netball Club (Division 1 Southern Football Netball League) from 2007 to 2022, helping the CFNC Senior football team achieve premiership glory in 2011, 2016 & 2022.
Scott was also team physiotherapist for the Dandenong Stingrays U18’s TAC Cup team (2005), for participants competing in the Arafura Games (Darwin 2007) and for the Casey Cardinia Inter-League team (2012).
With extensive experience in Occupational Injury Management, Scott Williams plays a key role within Physioworks Health Group managing TAC clients & WorkSafe clients with acute and/or chronic work-related injuries & return to work.
Alongside his clinic work, Scott is passionate about being involved the local community sport to ensure all ages & abilities have an opportunity to perform at their best.
Scott Williams joined Physioworks in 2004, after five years working in the private & public health care sectors in Australia, England & Wales. In 2006, Scott completed a post graduate certificate in Sports Physiotherapy at La Trobe University. He further expanded his skill set by completing his Masters of Sports Physiotherapy (La Trobe) in 2010.
Scott Williams is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) and of the National Sports & Exercise special interest group within the APA. He is member of the Australian College of Physiotherapists (MACP). Outside of work, Scott enjoys cycling, running, golf & gardening.
