Cranbourne Clinic Update (August 2024)
Physioworks Cranbourne is OPEN for all Physiotherapy services, Massage Therapy & Exercise Physiology. We have individual treatment rooms & strict hygiene practices in place. Please call the clinic on 5995 1111 for current service availability & operating hours.

Parking
For your convenience parking is available onsite for the duration of your appointment. Please enter the car park via the service road off the South Gippsland Highway. We have ramp access at the front entrance.

Appointments and Referrals
Appointments at Physioworks Cranbourne are essential for all consultations & can be made by calling the clinic on 5995 1111.
If calling the clinic outside opening hours please leave a message with your phone number & our reception staff will contact you upon reopening to make a suitable appointment time.
Physioworks Health Group is registered to provide services for TAC clients, Worksafe & Veteran’s Affairs – just let our reception team know when you make your appointment.
Clients under Veteran’s Affairs require a current referral from their doctor, while all other clients do not require a referral to see a practitioner.
All consultations are on an individual basis with the treating physiotherapist.
Every effort will be made to accommodate your preferred time and physiotherapist. If your pain is acute we will attempt to see you immediately.
Our clinic provides gowns & requires the removal of minimum clothing. We suggest wearing loose fitting garments such as a tracksuit.
Please bring your own water bottle for CRE and Exercise Physiology classes.
We appreciate at least twenty-four (24) hours notice of cancellation.
We recognise that health care is a valuable and limited resource. It is our aim that all appointments are either attended as scheduled or rebooked at least the day before.
In the event you need to reschedule an appointment, please call our reception staff who are happy and ready to assist.
We often have people on a waiting list and your early cancellation allows us to assist other people who are in need.
Late Cancellations:
If you cancel within four (4) hours of your appointment we may charge a fee equivalent to the cost of the cancelled appointment, plus GST.
We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances arise, that are beyond your control, and we may waive the fee in the event of exceptional circumstances.
Repeated late cancellations will be charged at a fee equivalent to the cost of the missed appointment, plus GST ,and can only be waived at the Practice Manager’s discretion.
Missed Appointments:
By accepting an appointment at the time of booking you accept responsibility for managing your appointment schedule.
As a courtesy, we may send an SMS text reminder the day before your appointment. Failure to receive an SMS reminder is not an acceptable reason for failing to attend an appointment.
If you fail to attend your appointment and do not notify us to cancel, we will charge a fee equivalent to the cost of the missed appointment, plus GST.
We understand that sometimes extenuating circumstances arise that are beyond your control and we are understanding of these situations.
Repeated missed appointments will be charged at a fee equivalent to the cost of the missed appointment plus GST and can only be waived at the Practice Manager’s discretion.
Professional Fees:
In order to maintain our fees at a competitive level we require full payment on the day of consultation.
Physioworks Health Group Cranbourne is registered to provide services for TAC clients.
Patients under TAC, Worksafe and Veteran Affairs will be billed directly to the responsible body if all requirements are met.
We accept EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, cash and cheques. Medicare can fund physiotherapy in certain circumstances.
Health Insurance:
A rebate for our services may be claimed through private health insurance fund’s extra table. Please check with your particular health scheme. Direct claiming is available at our clinic. Please inquire with our receptionist regarding instant Health Insurance rebates.
