Alesha loves connecting with all members of the community & working with clients in a positive & supportive manner as they progress through the injury rehabilitation journey. She is passionate in helping all people lead a fit & active lifestyle in a way they best enjoy.

Physiotherapist Alesha White is a team physiotherapist at the Narre Warren Football Netball Club.

Alesha has gained experience & skills working with athletes through internships at Collingwood Football Club during the 2023 season & in the Hawthorn Football Club VFLW program in 2021. She has keen interest in helping athletes, of all levels, reach their personal goals.

Outside of physiotherapy, Alesha has a keen interest in various sports & the gym. Alesha has played AFL for the last 8 years, including the 2023 VFLW season with Darebin Falcons. You’ll also find Alesha enjoying travel, playing guitar & taking her dogs for long walks.

Physiotherapist Alesha White graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours). She is an active member of the Australia Physiotherapy Association (APA).
