Megan D’Atri (nee Jepson)

  • Accredited Exercise Physiologist; and a full member of Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA)

Megan D’Atri (nee Jepson) is a highly credentialed Senior Exercise Physiologist at Physioworks Health Group, who has vast experience in exercise assessment & the prescription of:

  • Geriatric populations for general de-conditioning, high falls risk & chronic conditions
  • Obesity & Metobolic conditions, such as Type 2 Diabetes
  • Neurological conditions, such as brain injury & MS
  • Musculoskeletal injuries & conditions, including chronic back pain
  • Children & adolescents with Autism
  • Varying Mental Health conditions
  • Osteoporosis
  • Sport specific conditioning, particularly netball & swimming

Megan has a passion & desire for seeing people reach their ultimate goal, whether that be to walk down to the local shop, run a marathon or simply to lead a healthier more active life. Megan firmly believes “that a little bit of exercise can help everybody”.

Megan is a former sport trainer for the Dandenong Stingrays (AFL Under 18’s). She is a former Committee member & Netball Coach of Sandown Cobras Football & Netball Club.

As part of her role as a Research Assistant at Monash University, Megan D’Atri (nee Jepson) has worked on many projects surrounding health research, including:

  • Research within the Paramedic Department focusing on Paramedic health, wellbeing & practice
  • Research within the School of Primary & Allied Health Care focusing on allied health service provision in Australian & New Zealand hospitals
  • Research investigating the relationship between breast size on shoulder, neck & back pain – see video here.
Physiotherapist Megan Jepson involved in exercise research

Megan was involved in research investigating the effectiveness of Government health messaging surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic for vulnerable populations.

Megan D’Atri (nee Jepson) has co-authored numerous health research publications. Her most recent publication is “The variation in allied health service provision in Australian & NZ hospitals”

Senior Exercise Physiologist Megan D’Atri is consultating at Physiowork Health Group Cranbourne & Pakenham clinics. Megan is currently on Maternity Leave from the clinics in 2024.
